2. About ASCA

Agricomm Savings and Credit Alliance (CLG) Limited (ASCA) is a non-profit company limited by guarantee incorporated in Kenya under the Companies Act, 2015 on 27 February 2025, of 12th Floor, TRV Centre, 3rd Parklands Avenue, Westlands, P.O. Box 53060-00200, Nairobi.

3. Use of this website

The website provides information about the alliance, its members, events and services. Content is provided in good faith for general information and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice.

4. Intellectual property

The ASCA name, logo and site content are the property of Agricomm Savings and Credit Alliance (CLG) Limited (ASCA) or its licensors. Content may be quoted with attribution for news and research; commercial reuse requires written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website – including attempting unauthorised access, scraping personal data, uploading malicious code, or using the site to send unsolicited communications.

Links to member societies, partners and external resources are provided for convenience. ASCA is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

Regulatory position: Member SACCOs are regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA). ASCA is a member alliance and advocacy body – it is not a regulator, does not license or supervise societies, and nothing on this site should be read as regulatory approval or endorsement of any society.

While we work to keep information accurate and current, the website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, ASCA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, reliance on its content, or interruption of its availability.
